Shipping policy

All stock on our store is updated daily across different sales channels so it is accurate to within a few hours - so you can be confident that the item you order is in stock and will arrive on time*. It is very rare that we no longer have an item in stock. Occasionally, rarely, when we physically check an item before shipping we could find its not complete or warrantable. We do sell on several platforms/channels including eBay and Social Media, so sometimes there can be a slight delay in updating stock sold on different channels, in which case we would notify you of a delay or outage immediately.

Most orders are shipped the day of order, if received by lunchtime and subject to payments clearing our account.§

All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse, in New South Wales, we do NOT drop ship from suppliers. All orders within Australia over $50 in product value are entitled to free shipping.

We ship all orders using Australia Post eParcel* service as we find it gives the most reliable parcel tracking from Australia Post. eParcel also integrates with Australia Post MyPost which may allow you to redirect a parcel, nominate a safe drop place or nominate a Parcel Locker or advise where your parcel has been taken if delivery was not possible. You will receive a tracking number once Australia Post collects and processes your order. Australia Post will provide most customers with an estimated delivery window on the day of delivery once your item is onboard the delivery vehicle, this is also provided in the MyPost App, and will allow you to arrange for someone to be home to sign for your parcel.

Please note that all parcels require a signature on delivery and cannot be left unattended. This is part of our Fraud Prevention Policy and cannot be changed.

If a parcel cannot be signed for on delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the local Post Office or Post Shop for later collection, they will notify you via the MyPost App (as of July 2023 they have stopped issuing paper cards). Australia Post will typically hold your parcel for around 14 days before returning to sender if unclaimed. If this occurs, an additional shipping fee ($8.95) will be required to be paid before our warehouse re-ships your parcel to you. Our warehouse will send you an invoice accordingly for payment.

Shipping time will vary depending on your location. Please allow between 3-10 business days to receive your item/s. Please note occasionally there may be delays, however if this does occur Australia Post eParcel tracking will be updated and viewable in the MyPost App and you will receive an email notification from Australia Post as part of the eParcel service#.

*There are a couple of items that cannot be carried by Australia Post either because of size or dangerous goods status. These items need to be sent by Road Only Courier Service (typically TNT Road Express). Petzl Crash Mats are designated as larger items as they do not fit on Australia Post's conveyor sorting system. An additional 'bulky item' postage charge will be shown for these Bulky Items and will vary depending on delivery location (roughly between $90 NSW to $280 WA).

Errors & Omissions, Limits

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. *Errors on product data can happen and will be corrected where identified and Outdoor eStore reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit/debit card has been charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Outdoor eStore will issue a credit to your credit card/PayPal account in the amount of the charge.

# Notifications, updates or services offered by and provisioned/not provisioned by Australia Post are outside of our control.

We also reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to refuse sales to resellers.
